The service was impressive, especially considering it was a new employee. However, I found it amusing that the food was cold by the time I got home, despite my order.

When I went to place our order, I realized they were out of several items, including chicken and cheese hot dogs, among other things. It seemed like a lot of the food had been sitting in the warmer for quite a while. The staff didn’t seem eager to help; it felt like we were interrupting their break, as they responded with huffs and eye rolls to our questions. One of the girls, wearing a bandana, particularly stood out for her disinterest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We stopped by after work to grab a quick dinner for our kids. We placed our order, and even though the cashier read it back to us, it was still incorrect. I tried to call but couldn't reach anyone.

The food may just be the worst in Belle Vernon. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant is appalling and dreadful. I also noticed that some of the chairs weren't properly cleaned which doesn't give off a good impression to customers. The employees also appeared to be more busy talking instead of seeing if there was anyone waiting to be served. The food on the other hand, was so disgustingly greasy that you could see the grease drip into the basket the food was in. Not very appetizing, but I should've known better. The chicken tenders lacked the usual crispiness associated with them and were just not very appetizing and the fries were extremely greasy and not very good. As a Pittsburgher, shame on you for not using Heinz Ketchup.
