Taco Bell - Belle Vernon

I visited the restaurant two days in a row. On Saturday, my biscuit was so hard that I had to throw part of it away. However, on the second day, everything was much better.

Typically, the food is great during the day, but the evening staff needs to step up their game. I've had my order missing items multiple times. Come on, everyone—please check the bag before handing it out!

This is one of the best Taco Bells in the area. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the environment is clean. I would highly recommend it!

You pay more but the quality keeps going down. I drove home and in 10 minutes the shells were soggy and garbage

This was THE worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. I arrive at the drive through Only 1 car in front of me) Taco Bell worker states that not only is it cash only because their credit card machine is down but I have to pay exact change..Then heasks me if I?m ready to order and I tell him I want a steak Burrito, he tells me that they?re unable to make that item despitethere being no signage stating this) then I order a few alternative options, sat in line behind 1 other person for 15 minutesthen decided to leave because I was so unsatisfied with the experience and lack of professionalism. Do not go to this Taco Bell,you will be very upset that you did so as long as their current GM is working there.
