Johnny's On The Lake Grill - Belleville

So the waffle fries were the best thing. The special soup was tomato soup. I was given a bowl of marinara sauce.... The frozen burger was raw in the middle. The fries and chicken strips smells so strongly of dirty grease and you can kind of tell by how the batter looks. I believe the chicken strips could've been awesome but I feel like they were left under a heat lamp and refried. The server failed to refill any of our drinks before we left we got a To go cup of soda. She was doing her best as she seemed to be the only server. This was my first and last experience at Johnnys I heard it went down hill a bit but this was shocking. The restaurant was cold too. It was my fault for sitting by the window but I wanted to see the water.

Great view of Belleville lake and the food was great. Our server, Karli was kind, personable and fun to talk with. I've never been here, but definitely gonna be back when I am in Belleville, MI. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
