Wimpy's Diner - Belleville

Got a hot turkey sandwich on Uber eats it was absolutely disgusting. Bread was out on top of vegetables which made it soggy it only comes with one piece of bread. 2 tiny scoops of mash potatoes veggies were nasty. I asked them if they could remake it id pick it up but they wouldn?t even do that for me. Wasted 30$ on nasty prison food.

I ordered the wings and fries with a side of gravy, and I was very disappointed with the meal. There were only 16 regular-cut fries and just 7 wings, all smaller than my index finger—definitely not even half a pound. The gravy was so thin it resembled water, with just a hint of beef flavor. As soon as my plate arrived, I questioned the price of the meal, and I could tell the server felt uncomfortable. He assured me it was supposed to be a pound of wings and then quickly walked away. I wish I had gone the extra 100 meters to Piper Arms or just 25 feet to Pizza Pizza instead. I can't comment on their other portion sizes, but I took a picture of my meal, although I'm not prompted to upload it here. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Wimpy's Diner has been a fixture in the North York area for several years. I've dined there multiple times, particularly for breakfast, and it offers a nostalgic diner vibe that is hard to beat. Last night, I ordered fish and chips through Skip the Dishes, and I was pleased to receive the food hot and fresh. The fish and chips were fantastic, and it arrived right on schedule. Thank you!
