Caffe Vita - Bellevue

Today, I ordered a tea and found a seat. The tea was extremely hot and filled to the brim, making it difficult to open the lid. While trying to do so, I ended up spilling it all over my thighs and now I have a first-degree burn. Thank you very much.

The staff was extremely friendly! I tried the leek Parmesan croissant, and it was quite delicious!

I ordered a cappuccino, which was nice if you prefer it a bit on the strong espresso side. However, I found the prices to be quite high as well.

My initial impression of this café was that it is conveniently situated in the mall, but unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. I found the baristas to be judgmental and rude. It seems that if you don’t fit their ideal of looking polished and well-groomed, the service will be subpar, as it was for me. The coffee was disappointing and not hot enough. It's quite disheartening that they expect a tip for simply preparing a drink or handing over food. I might have considered tipping if I had received even a bit of friendly conversation. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning to this establishment.

Situated in the mall, this café is a reliable option for a great cup of coffee.
