Muto Ramen Sushi - Bellingham

Muto is one of the top ramen spots in Bellingham. They provide an excellent variety of ramen and sushi, using high-quality ingredients and continually improving their dishes. If you're a fan of authentic Japanese cuisine, this is definitely a local gem worth visiting!

To start, the gyoza here are among the best I've ever had—absolutely delicious! I came in for the ramen, but now I can't imagine not ordering those gyoza with my meal; they're that good. The ramen was also tasty! I opted for a level 2 spiciness, which turned out to be quite mild. And believe me, I’m not great with spicy food, so keep that in mind. During pickup, the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice and friendly. My only downside was that I requested my order to be prepared as soon as possible, but the confirmation said it would take 75 minutes. That was a bit disappointing given how hungry I was. However, the wait was definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic dinner! The nigiri and squid were especially delightful. My husband really enjoyed the ramen as well.

Went a couple weeks ago. Lady who helped us was really nice and helpful. Thought they did a great job keeping people safe and clean. Ramen tasted really good and the portion size was large. Sushi was good too but probably would go for ramen only next time.

Tonkotsu ramen was delicious the broth was very rich flavorful hit the spot.As a woman who grew up in Japan until 18 it’s good to know I can get a realistic near authentic tasting bowl of ramen right here in Bellingham
