Pho Ly - Bellingham

This is the best pho in town! They also offer a wide variety of other dishes. I always go there for the pho! The service is fantastic, and the owners are active members of the community — always working hard and full of joy. I highly recommend it! 10/10.

The best pho broth in Bellingham! The service was friendly and prompt. The spring rolls were generously filled, and the dipping sauce was delicious!

The meal had a comforting, home-cooked feel and flavor. We ordered the Chicken Curry and Chow Mein, along with an egg roll as a starter. Everything was consistently delicious.

Unfortunately, the staff typically consists of just the owner, his wife, and one other family member in the back doing prep work. As a result, dishes can stack up during dinner hours (which is when we usually visit). However, given their popularity and how busy they get, this is quite understandable and forgivable given their limited staffing.
