Simply Southern - BELMAR

Yesterday, we chose Southern to cater my brother's surprise party, and it was phenomenal. One of our guests, who is from South Jersey, even said she would make the trip just to visit the restaurant. I was really impressed with the professionalism shown. Many other private caterers had no clue about what to offer; simply saying, "Just tell me what you want" doesn't count as a menu. Rashid provided great advice, mentioning that some of my choices might not hold up well for an outdoor setting, either becoming too soft or drying out. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we will definitely use their services again!

My meal was absolutely delicious! I noticed that the server didn’t charge us for our drinks, which was a nice surprise. I'm not sure if that included drinks and water in the meal, but it was our first time there. We will definitely be back with more people who have big appetites!

Good food I will return and recommend Simply Southern to all for a good place to dine.

Wonderful food and teas prepared by a wonderful family. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Great hearty southern cooking, come hungry and leave room for dessert. Did not have a bad dish and our group tried /shared a few items. Honestly would have even been happy with just the appetizers ! Planning on going back to try other dishes. Cozy spot with friendly staff.
