Taco Bell - Belmont

Me? ve twice now bought a grilled cheese Burrito Deluxe Box, both times I had made it with steak, unground beef. Both times they gave me ground beef. The latest time I even asked to make sure, and they said it was Steak. Just being cheap with their customers, I guess. I like Taco bell, but I won't go back to this.

Overall good, like the renovations, and staff are very nice. My only big, big complaint is that the last two times I've ordered the deluxe steak grilled cheese burrito box it has had ground beef on it. Today I asked/confirmed at least 3 times while ordering that it would have steak, and was assured it would, but once my husband started eating it after I got home it did not have steak. Super disappointing. I want to be able to trust my order is correct and not slow the line down by checking everything before leaving, but it's been proven I can't trust that my order will be correct.

Fresh renovation. New crew. Food was disappointing. Order accuracy was spot on. Food prep time was excellent. Appearance of food was good. Quality of food was a disappointment. Low/no flavor. So low in fact that 2 packs of taco sauce per taco, did not help. While I will give them high marks for service time and the appearance of the food, this dining experience gets Chopped due to lack of flavor. Here 's hoping for a better experience next time.

Went to the drive through this morning for breakfast after I gave my order, pulled up behind one person at the window and it took 10 minutes for them to get their order. Once I got my food and went home not only did they give me two of my same order, when I asked for a number 10 and a number 12 I got two number 12s, I asked for sausage, only sausage on both orders. I got steak and bacon. In conclusion I believe the staff before the new renovation was better and faster. Idk how they went so down hill after the renovation.

The food was ok. It's Taco Bell. Drive thru only was opened. The line was long. I waited 20 minutes in line. I ordered Nacho Party box. Very very very disappointing! Don't waste your $10. We were basically given a box of chips. They could at least layer the chips. It was only topped with the fixings. The staff was very friendly. The young man who waited on us was great!
