Hello, I want to share an unpleasant impression regarding the staff's performance at the reception and the security guard. When I arrived at the hotel, I was confronted with a closed door despite it being only 9:35 PM. While I was figuring out that I needed to ring the bell, my hands were freezing. When the guard finally opened the door, I asked why they closed so early, and I was told it was the director's orders. The entire interaction was conducted in a rude manner by both the security guard and the receptionist. Having stayed at this hotel many times before, this was the first time I experienced such disdainful treatment.

Cozy café with polite staff, a wide selection of menu items and drinks. The dishes are served quickly, so you won't have to wait long.
