Taco Bell - Belvidere

The young people were nice and the food was delicious. I enjoyed tasting the new chicken soft taco.

Yesterday, I visited the restaurant to pick up a $40 order. Unfortunately, both of my quesaritos were cold, and the tacos in the 12-pack had barely any toppings. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. I won't be returning.

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. Their hours can be inconsistent, which has led to several issues, including missing items in my orders. Unfortunately, customer service isn’t their strong suit. During my last visit, the person who took my order interrupted me while I was trying to discuss our drinks at the window, which created some confusion about my order. I understand that many of their new employees are still in training, and I try to be patient. However, the more experienced worker who eventually took over was extremely rude. As someone who also works in customer service, I can say that the treatment we received was disappointing.

As a DoorDash driver, I spend my nights picking up orders from various Taco Bells and McDonald's. I just have to say that this particular Taco Bell has the friendliest workers! They always seem upbeat and don't give off the impression that they're miserable. One employee in particular really stood out to me; they were so cheerful that they reminded me of a character from a movie. They made my night so much better!
