Wasabi Of Bemidji Slurp Ramen

I may end up eating my dinners here the rest of the week while I'm in town for work. Spicy miso Ramen was so good. So was the dynamite roll.. Definitely worth the money. This place is a gem!Food: 5/5

Wow! Wasabi was a great stop for lunch, fast, presentation was phenomenal only to be outdone by the flavor! Fantastic and will likely be a weekly stop at least.

It was really delicious. I had the caterpillar roll the BBQ eel roll with the deal 2 for $2?.?? something. I also had to have some sake, the hot sake lyche is really good. A bit of a hidden place, glad I found it. Can't wait to go again. The ramen is also really good, I'm going to try something different next time. Lots to choose from. The servers also gave great service and answered all my questions.

Honestly, I love the food here and have always had great service, but one of my absolute favorite things in life is boba and it makes me so sad that the last three attempts to enjoy it here were awful. And I mean awful. The flavors of the teas are great but the execution on the boba is so disappointing. They should be chewy and gelatinous in texture but what I got today, they actually crumbled into sludge.I order raw boba and cook it myself so trust me, I understand how much work goes into making it and how frustrating it is that boba is really only good for a couple hours. This is how I know that the texture I bought today was at least 2-3 days old! Honestly, from a boba-lover, please just don’t serve boba if you can’t show this town how great it can be.

We fully enjoyed our visit tonight! Upon arrival, everything was clean and the staff said hello and helped us right away. Great beverages and AMAZING food. Fast service too. Very helpful since it was our first visit. Can’t wait to try more! We had the wings, Tiger Cry, and two different options of Ramen. If you like spicy, the Tiger Cry was perfect! Huge portions of ramen as well. The chicken wings were perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. All could easily become favorites.Vegetarian options: Ramen has vegetarian options and they had a few tofu and edamame dishes as well.Parking: Street parking but if you go in the evening it’s not too hard to find a spot.
