Best Pho in Ben Tre Town. It is open 6 a.m. to noon. You have 2-3 places in town until now. A bowl (comes with an additional smaller bowl), costs 50k vnd (2.5 usd). Pho (like all VN foods) has subtle differences from North-South Vietnam. (N is salty, C hotter, S sweeter).
