Írjon visszajelzéstWe went here for our one year anniversary and it was a night to remember. We were greeted at the door with smiling faces and felt taken care of from the moment we stepped foot inside to when we left afterwards. The food was very delicious and the wine selection was vast. The entire staff was welcoming and fun to be around but our waiter named Steve stood out the most. Steve went above and beyond for our dining experience and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed what he does. I wish every restaurant had a Steve. We will definitely be making our way back to Domaine Serene in Bend!
Just what Downtown needs, another soulless wine bar that caters to tourists. What a downgrade from the cute local businesses that have been there since that block was built. If you’re looking for the antique store that was here, it moved to the corner of Greenwood and 1st!
I had my first legit wine tasting experience here yesterday. Although it was extremely pricey, it was worth it. Troy is an excellent sommelier and server. He recommended the estate and premier flights, and he has that tasting experience down to a T. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing interesting information about the flavors, grapes, restaurant history, and much more. He shared which wines are available in local stores and was very transparent while doing his job to push the memberships. He had answers to all of our questions and was engaging. It felt more like a masterclass than a wine tasting. We didn't know that we stayed 45 minutes past closing, as the whole staff was gracious and hospitable. Troy gave us a tour of the membership lounge and speakeasy, as well as a complimentary tenth wine taste. There was no shaming when I openly admitted I drink $8 wine, and he took the opportunity to educate us.We decided to dress to the nines for fun (no one ever dresses up in Bend), and the atmosphere and overall experience transported us out of the Monday-eve mindset. I feel like I took a foreign vacation going here, and I had so much fun. This establishment definitely has a niche market and business design; to be a repeat customer you might as well be a member, and to do that you definitely aren't someone who's worried about paying the bills. However, this was a perfect special occasion for me, and I'm sure I won't forget it. The wine was phenomenal. If you want uninterrupted conversation, I recommend getting a bottle (Fred Meyers and Costco) for home. In the lounge, you should let the sommeliers provide the full experience.
Stopped in for a glass of wine and dessert. Beautiful atmosphere. We sat in the big chairs by the fire. Our sommelier was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a good pairing. We were also given a tour of the downstairs rooms. These would be useful in hosting an upscale family gathering or meeting of professionals.
Without a doubt, the most disappointing service I 've ever encountered. As Golden Eagle members, we planned my bachelorette party at their Dundee winery, with assurances that we could redeem our 3K points for food. However, upon receiving the bill, they reneged on their promise. This incident followed a series of mishaps in Bend, Oregon, where they botched food orders for my dress fitting and wedding planner meetings. Despite giving them a final chance at my bachelorette party, we decided to cancel our membership due to their consistent failures, including abruptly canceling our membership without warning. Two years later, I 'm finally leaving this long overdue review. My husband and I recently had an outstanding experience at Willamette Valley Vineyards and promptly joined their membership club. Their service, food, and overall experience far surpassed our expectations, all for a lower cost. It 's disappointing that Domaine Serene, where my husband used to work at a near by winery and admired the owners, has fallen short. Your staff 's behavior does not align with your purported values, and at the very least, we deserve a refund of our points.
