Dutch Bros Coffee - Bend

I love this Dutch bros. Although it’s hard to get to sometimes and hard to pull out of, they are my favorite. But I have one complaint which is why I’ve come here to do a review. I have ordered decaf coffee from them a few times because for health reasons, I can’t have caffeine. They have messed up my order three times now giving me a caffeinated coffee which resulted in me having to leave work sick because of it. I rated them high because they are amazing but even yesterday, they messed up my order. I double checked with the barista who double checked with the others and they all said it was decaf but the reaction to the coffee I had told me it was not. I won’t stop going to that Dutch bros but I will stop trying to get decaf coffee from them. Also curious to know if I could get a refund for at least yesterdays.

Long wait for 2 hot chocolates, that were served luke warm. Had the teens not been so busy flirting with each other, she might have realized the milk wasn’t hot. Of course, when I asked if the ba-nay-nay was just banana and she said “I think so”, I should have lowered my expectations. First time at DB, won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I’ve never had such horrible service from dutch bros until today. Two teenagers that were working today need to go back to training and who ever hired them needs more training as well. I pulled up and this little female teenager looked at me and cranked up the music on her tablet, rolled her eyes at me and said “what do you want”. Seriously? I just drove away, I didn’t want to deal with that stupidity.

Great Service. I needed milk free and asked for a suggestion.They hooked me up with a hot Carmel Latte with oatmilk sprinkled with cinnamon on top ?

Normally I've gotten a free drink when I've had such a long wait... Over 30 mins, couldn't get out of line due to people behind and the curb... Barely an I'm sorry for your wait, only after I made a comment.
