Emwfusion - Bend

Had the ramen tonight. Service was fine and people were friendly. But the ramen was definitely...different. Not legit ramen. Kind of like the ramen you make at home when you’re trying to clear out the fridge. Top ramen noodles, Spam with some cheese. And some other random stuff thrown in. If you’re craving a throwback to college life come here. Otherwise it’s not that good.

Been hitting this cart for over 4+ yrs since they opened. Live in Portland so only get to come on our numerous Bend trips throughout the year. ALWAYS amazing food killer service. Soooo tasty. Have literally followed them around from their various Bend locations. Delicious Pandos now ridiculously good waffle desserts. My 4 6 yr old boys eat all the menu. Love the newest location, great beers on tap and good vibes for sure. Can't say enough about this cart.

Stopped by to grab some food to go. The savory fish waffles were amazing. As the resident veggie I went with the avocado cheese and my husband got the chicken pesto. Both fantastic. We also grabbed a few sweet fish sandwiches. Highly recommend the banana and chocolate. Next time I'll try the apple pie , it looked equally delicious. Coming back soon!

This food truck makes me so happy on even the worst days! The owners are so kind and their food is amazing! Their fish waffles are such a great comfort snack with a huge variety of fillings. I 'll definitely continue coming here and spending my paychecks for their delicious food!

Another spot in town I'll go to for some Asian flavor. Legit Asian food for the American taste buds!
