Pizza Hut - Bend

Have ordered here multiple times. They're always quick, friendly, and clean. Even if it is a national chain it does pizza better than many other restaurants in town.

I use to love pizza hut, there have been so many changes that it is hard for me to want to drive to go get their pizza. The cheese bread, barely cheese bread is more like it, the pizza has also gone down hill, just wish they wouldn't make so manychanges. I miss the sit down restaurant more than ever.

Wish I didn't even have to give them a one-star. Should be a 0 star option. We walked in and waited 5 minutes. nobody would wait on us, they just looked at us. Went out to the car to try to order over the phone and got hung up on twice. Finally decided toorder on the app. Would have not even went here, but on special diet and wings are allowed. When we finally picked up the wings,my husband said something to them about all the problems. The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said oh.

If I could rate this place lower I would.First off my pizza wasn't cut. Then I wanted light cheese extra sauce and i got no sauce. Then I didn't get my BBQ wings. Then I called and asked about my wings. They said ohh we will have them to you in 45minutes and never got them. #GODOMINOES.

I ordered the pizza late but NEVER RECEIVED IT AND THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN I tried To call and check on my order!! BEND OREGON WILL HERE FROM ME IN THE MORNING ILL BE HANGRY
