Rodolberto's Taco Shop - Bend

We visit Rodolberto every day to eat their delicious Burritos. You?re one of the few places that remain open until late. And the best nachos. The staff is very well moistened and it is quite favorable for this taste. One of the best?

Pretty good selection. Fast service. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito and it was good. Simple, nothing fancy, lettuce was crispy, chicken was flavor with good shredded texture. Red salsa was fine. Green good. The dark red, chipotle salsa was awesome. I did use all of all 3.

OK food, rarely an exact order. They love to put onions in my food if I do not ask for onions/sales. Sometimes I get another item and only half of my order is right. Taste and quality both 3/5, knocked a star due to frequent inaccuracy. I would definitely stop coming back if they weren't the only restaurant that was open to the dead of the night around Bend.

Had to change my rating. What the heck has happened to this place? Four months ago the food was out of this world and I was telling everyone how good it was. But the last three times I ate there (one being today) they are no longer serving food the way they used to. Ingredients missing. Tortillas not coming with the meal like it used to. And the red sauce tastes rancid! The first time things were not done correctly I just chalked it up to maybe they just had a bad day. The second time it happened I thought maybe they were just out of some of the ingredients. So today I ordered something different and it came with none of the ingredients or sides listed on the menu. And the red sauce STILL tastes rancid. Sorry. I can't eat there anymore. The one in Redmond still serves the meals as they are supposed to be served.

Give them your business!(with a twist) I'll lead the review with 5 stars because i love this establishment but there is a caveat. That is that I've only had positive(really positive) experiences with the evening staff/second shift. Sometimes there is crossover but the evenings are the safest bet. I go here daily after work. The evening staff is so friendly, helpful and talented. They give awesome portions and are always laughing/smiling/happy. From the window you can see them having fun and it's a good vibe. They're my regular spot and I love them! But... The morning staff though(and I say this from 20+ interactions) the food is really underwhelming. They also give really small portions. Like disappointingly small. I have to go buy more food somewhere else after just to get full. It makes me sad/feels like a huge waste of money. I even pay extra for more protein... EXTRA beef today and the burrito was actually smaller than a non-extra beef burrito from the night staff. The evening shift earned a customer for life. The morning shift needs to take notes. They're like two separate businesses in quality and service.
