Kritunga - Bengaluru

I don't generally give negative feedback, but this restaurant made me do it. This is the worst branch from Kritunga: avg cleanliness and worst management. The restroom was filthy. Starter ordered Gobi Manchurian that was very salty. We were not able to eat it. I told them to replace, but he took it and then again came back with the same Manchurian and told it tastes like that(salty) only. We five people tasted it, and it was salty. You can see in the photo I left it on the plate. Main course I ordered paneer Kadai and veg shahi kaurma for three people and non veg for two people. The gravy of both the dish was same, and paneer Kadai was salty too. With gravy, we ordered tandoori roti. One tandoori roti costs 45 rs, i.e. very high. Price was very high. The non veg dishes were also average. It was spicy and not properly cooked Dessert we ordered gulab jamun, that was also very costly and was not fresh. I expected the gulab jamun to be hot, but that was even too cold. They are looting people. Their power backup sucks. We have to eat dinner in the mobile light for some time. It was the worst experience PS They don't have a feedback system. Their manager Mahesh served us instead of waiters at one time. Their manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. The waiters were good.

Few dishes are great, mostly from Andhra but other not upto the mark. Price is reasonable. I'll not prefer any sweet dish here.

Decent food. Mutton Paya is good. The ambience inside the restaurant is good. The food can improve. Only visit this place if you really have a thing for Andhra cuisine. The floor on which this place is located is not very clean. Infact the complete building seems to be in a mess.

My brother and I went to this place because it was one of the few restaurants near our hotel. the ambiente of the restaurant was good and appealing. we have a table and while we have our order, we fought a lot for the language barrier. I ordered a sweetbiryani and my brother ordered some non-vegetarian dishes. eating was good, but it was very sharp. it was difficult to handle this levelworm also with a South Indian Gaumen. the dishes are reasonably priced compared to other restaurants nearby. their service was very good, although their waiters did not understand much of what we tried to say. if you want to put your mouth on fire, this is a restaurant that you should visit.

It is a unique biryani taste experience here. some of the tenderest veg and not veg biryanis are available. we tried the chicken biryani with green spices (Party-Pack), which was economical for a group of 6. also tried mushroom biryani, ragi mud and a few Tandoori starters. overall the taste was good with not too much quantity. reduce a star for the very slow service we had.
