Mugg Bean - Benoni

I had some of the best straight coffee I've ever tasted, which was surprising for an airport café. The house blend didn't require any sugar or creamer at all. Our server, Alfred, was friendly and efficient, providing us with excellent information.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of options for both hearty meals and lighter snacks. I ordered the cheese and tomato toastie, which was delicious, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the chips—make sure to order them if you get the chance! The muffins were huge compared to those I've had in Europe, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive butter, jam, and cheese on the side for free.

Shocking food. Inedible minute steak sold as rump. Tough and cooked to death despite asking for medium rare. Slavered in grim, sweet sauce. Poor staff so embarrassed and ‘Manager’, Gladys, offered coffee ! and then finally removed the bill. Never go here -I certainly won’t go back.

I was very displeased by the service received. The waitress that seated us didn't give us enough attention. When she returned with our change after paying the bill, she just slapped it on the table and left, no comment or anything which was very rude. I am very displeased by this service.

We had a red cappuccino and American coffee, both of which I highly recommend. This shop is great for travelers, thanks to its convenient location and easy accessibility. The staff is friendly and provides efficient service. Diana, our waitress, was very professional and gave us excellent service. The bran muffin was fresh and delicious. We were immediately greeted and shown to our table. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we'd like to express our gratitude. Mugg & Bean is always a reliable choice; you can’t go wrong.
