Spare Rib Express Den Haag Oost

I had read the reviews beforehand and thought it wouldn't be too bad. Had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes before the order arrived. That can happen once in a while, but from what I read it is quite normal. The food was super tasty, but this was the last order. They don't even answer the phone if you call them 3 times. The 2nd star is for the food.

I was actually shocked by all the (negative reviews... but I have been ordering here for over 5 years yes, of course, every now and then things go wrong, but they always resolve this neatly. Tried the new (for me overloaded potato today, it was great! It's actually a shame that it was tastier than the spareribs today. I sincerely hope that the quality of the spare ribs will increase again... there are many spare rib restaurants in the area. Until next order :

I'm still waiting for my order at 7:28 PM when it was supposed to arrive at 6:45 PM. The rest of the food is tasty, but the delivery is something to be ashamed of. Collection only, no ordering.

Delicious food again! Delivery drivers are always friendly too. On average, it is delivered to us in 1.5 hours, but the food is always hot in the box. Just order well in time and then enjoy!
