Tried their stir-fried rice noodle. Taste like home cooking. Not salty or oily. I guarantee that because I'm from China. I know what authentic Chinese food tastes like.

This area is filled with fantastic restaurants, making it hard to try them all in one go. At Gladstone Market in New Mexico, I had the most amazing smoked brisket sandwich. Then there's Porcelain Restaurant, which is also worth mentioning. In Moscow, Kansas, I discovered Slim Pickens, a small gas station grill that serves delicious smoked pork and beef brisket. Lastly, in Liberal, Kansas, there's Super Pollo, which is definitely worth a visit. Give them a try!
