Let me tell you, Stacey! He is the man! He goes above and beyond with customer service. I love this Starbucks just because of him! He is a passionate, caring charismatic, genuine guy! I am sure he is the backbone of this team! He brightens people's day!

Today, Karl really brightened my day! I've recently made this my go-to restaurant because the staff here radiate positivity and joy. As someone who deals with depression, I find that hearing their cheerful voices in the morning has a profound impact on my mood. Thank you, team—your influence on people's lives is truly significant, even if you don’t realize it!

Stacy truly made my son's day today! We couldn't have liked her more, and this just topped it off. My son is turning 5 today, and when we drove through the drive-thru, he ordered a birthday cake pop and a dragon drink. After he mentioned to Stacy that it was his birthday, she surprised us by saying his order was on her. While it might seem like a small gesture to some, it meant the world to my son and to me. Stacy consistently brightens our days with her vibrant personality and her obvious zest for life. Thank you, Stacy, for making Sebastian feel so special this morning.
