They have sourdough bread; panzarotto; pizza (trancio) and more. Baked fresh every day. Its best to go early they tend sell out quickly

Typically Italian baked products and, above all, Salento (which in Bergamo is a rarity. The panzerotti are the top for me, but also the olive bread. Anyway, it's very good. To be recommended.

Mild oven is a place where you cook every day not only bread. you will discuss pizzas, focaccias and stuffed panzerotti, rather expensive prices and not always adequate. discuss tarts and mozzarella, but not every day. bake the pastry and at Christmas bake the panettone. location in via sant'alessandro in bergamo.
