Bien Snackbar - Bergen

I visited this restaurant at 4:05 pm on September 17th. I had several questions about the menu, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping me and I did not feel welcomed. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant and suggest that more attention be paid to newcomers in the future.

I don't see what all the hype is about. When I entered the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was how dirty it was. There were two flies buzzing around inside and the booth seating upholstery was stained. It was pretty gross. The food was okay. I ordered the blue cheese burger and finished it all. The sweet potato fries were tasty but many of them were burnt. The highlight of the meal was the peach cider I had with dinner, it was really delicious. Overall, my dinner cost $34 USD. I don't think I would return to this restaurant.

I tried the goat cheese burger and sweet potato fries. The burger had a generous amount of goat cheese, almost the size of the two patties, which was amazing! The fries were nice and crispy. Additionally, the restaurant also has a great selection of gin tonics and the staff is very friendly. It's a must-visit spot for both food and drinks.

I start with good. Service was very good, friendly girl that came to take our order because qr codes didn't work. Nice design of the place as well. However, burgers were a total disaster, unnecessarily. We ordered 210gr burgers and we got 3 burger waffles of 70gr, dry and well done. The whole point of a 200gr burger is to make it from one loaf of meat, so it keeps the juice and softness. Here they didn't follow that way, but are using premade little meat waffles. Not good. Fries were decent, not salty enough.
