Gaffel im Lindenhof - Bergisch Gladbach

I mean that a real brewhouse (thanks) does not belong to a serbo-croatian kitchen. I lack the brewhouse classics: sky and äd, green cabbage with pink etc. I don't need to feel 150 meat dishes. the sauces are much too thick and powdery. the dishes would have to be seasoned much better (after brewhousemanier). to our complaint (it ran water from the hacksteak!) one reacted with the phrase: "that must be so." the whole dish was full of water! very delicious.

The lindenhof has everything a good brewhouse needs, including good eating to really fair trips.

Several times within few years this has been closed and reopened locally. why? we always found it good and never changed a lot. the food has tasted very well and the portions are hardly to cope with. beautiful, that you can put together the salat on your own. the service was very friendly and the prices unbeatable. to the farewell - this is then a novum - there was for everyone a schnapps after choice. simple, good and cheap and .absolut recommend.

You can eat too very reasonable praise excellent meat quality from bark and black. I can't say anything about a "saucen carving" because I don't like this and therefore never eat. but the other two variants (wiener art and cordon bleu) were very delicate, in the pan fried and not, as now unfortunately usually, thrown into the fritteuse without love. also the rumpsteak was, although not too thick, pink and delicate, the pfeffer sauce that I tasted was not after my taste, but the two other essers were thrilled....The bratkartoffels are really a high light, because you have to wait a little longer, you realize that they are freshly prepared, with speck and swash, just delicious. who doesn't like that can choose between pommes frites that are thin and crispy and a huge of potatoes. only critique points of me: the salat from the buffet is ice cold, but this is probably not to be avoided because it otherwise did not remain fresh, and I wish, even if it is a Gaffel brewhouse, also a pils from the barrel:).- otherwise, please continue so, the friendliness is contagious and the food is good, plentiful and very tasty!

A beautiful local, led by a very nice family. in the interior you will always find a cozy place in the wooden brewhouse ambiente, in the large room or directly at the theke. with beautiful weather you should take a place on the covered terrace. the service is very friendly with family character and always quick. the menu is not too big, because it is cooked fresh and delicious. from traditional Cölsch-bergish orientated to the Balkan cuisine, the choice is enough so that something should be included for every taste. the price-performance ratio is great. special wishes are welcome, the salattheke for itself is always fresh and the coffee after eating also tastes very good. the lindenhof is one of my favorite locations in terms of everything. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
