The onions are raw, more than half of the rice is undercooked, and my bowl is just filled with water. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I ordered two identical burritos and a burrito bowl, but here's what I ended up with: one burrito was half the size of the other, and the ingredients were all mixed up. I felt cheated. When I raised my concerns online, they offered me a buy one get one free deal, but I believe I should have at least received a refund for the tiny burrito I got. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I ordered a burrito from this place, and when I took a bite, it was overloaded with salt. I won't be returning—save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Please go eat in another Chipotle. As a regular customer here, the amount of food that they give is very inconsistent, especially during one or two hours before they closed, everyone is cleaning the kitchen. As a result, they don't want to cookanymore food so they feed you like the pigeons outside of the store. I really wish the manger can properly train those collegestudents. Just because you got into UC Berkeley, it doesn't mean you can do a good job in food services. So sick and tired ofgetting half bowl of food while paying the whole price.

I'm giving this Chipotle location a one-star rating because they refuse to provide water cups, citing concerns about homelessness. It's an odd policy that feels exclusive and elitist.
