Dunkin' - Berlin

I had a disappointing experience at the Cedarbrook Dunkin Donuts. The girl at the counter was quite rude. When I entered, I greeted her with a "hello," but she just stared at me with an unwelcoming expression. After I received my order, I thanked her, and she simply walked away without acknowledging me. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

A really nice dunkin with pretty good service and doughnuts.

The restaurant doesn't seem to have much variety and always tells me, “Dunkin discontinued this.” If you're lactose intolerant and have a nut allergy, you're pretty much out of options since they've stopped offering oat and coconut milk. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra ten minutes to Sicklerville Rd. It's a bit farther from my house, but they never lie or disappoint me. Keep in mind, I usually spend $130 a week at Dunkin, but I just can't continue going to this particular location.

Ordered on app for later pickup. Order was completed on time and correct.

It's a shame if you aren't in the drive thru they won't even acknowledge you standing there . Maybe they need to add a timer for customers standing at the counter ? Almost 10 minutes standing there without 1 employee acknowledging me .
