Wankdorf Club - Bern

The customer service at this shopping center is terrible. I went there on January 5, I put myself in a surface parking space, I activated Easypark which told me that I was in the Sporthalle wankdorf surface parking lot, I paid 5.06 CHF for parking but when I returned to my vehicle I have a fine of 40 CHF , I make a complaint and Securitas tells me that I was parked in the surface parking lot of... Bernexpo, I try to plead my case with the 2 players in the parking lot and in particular the Equans contact at +41 31 335 05 05 but who just hangs up on me! So I'm going to unfairly pay 45 CHF AND TWICE for parking and everyone doesn't care, easypark doesn't want to reimburse me.
