Subway - BERRIMAH

Hi subway. Today I’m visit subway store Northern Territory Berrimah. I was ordered foot long veggie patte sub And Second one chicken teriyaki sub. When I was eating my sub half and then I see they Hair inside the sub. This is not hygiene. Not clean food area. It’s very bad service and after I see hair inside sub then I feel like vomting. I’m very stress.im feeel not good. This very big issue for Health and safety. And also When I show my subway to staff she is so much anger with me. She said that’s normal. And all customer see that lady talk very badly with customer. She said I’m manager Name Dimple Pardhan. And also she did’t refund me. She insulted customer. I’m so many time visits this store. Next time I’m not going to subway that’s not safe for health. I don’t know who has the hair inside sub. I was recommended to everyone make sure when you buy subway from this store careful. Food is not cleaned. Big issue for health and safety. Date 30/12/2023

No one bothers to change a glove's while making a vegi meal using same gloves they used for meat. Ask twice to change a gloves. But no body cares. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually very good. Caught them at the wrong time the other night in the drive through and orders got mixed up. Better to get your order inside.
