The driver left the pizza and pepperoni bread at the wrong hotel. I was staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott and the driver left it next door at the Sonesta. In my instructions, which are saved in my Customer Profile, I specify to check that they are at the correct location. This has happened more than once, and I can't understand why the delivery person doesn't know where he is going. We do have GPS in the century. The people had to call over to the Sonesta, and found out the pizza was left there.I know that the streets were treacherous because of the snow flurries and can cause delays, but how hard is it to verify with the front desk if they are delivering to the right location. The guy who answered the phone at Domino's did not seem too concerned that it was delivered at the wrong place. His response was that he would not refund my money as I still got the pizza. I hope that he wasn't the manager, as he is passing on bad customer service skills to his staff.Order Number #635
If it doesn’t take 2.5 hours for your food it’s wrong
Domino's has surely won me over these last few years. And thos location made it it even easier. Excellent customer service. Food is made fast but well put togther and tasty. I never have any issues with rushed pizzas as far as sucky sauce to cheese ratios. This location is clean and well managed as well. They have the yummiest LAVA CAKE!!Parking: Many spots located for this location
Hello, good afternoon, today less than 30 minutes ago I went with the intention of buying a pizza and the person who was taking the orders I realized that he was taking an order on a call. What I could hear was that the person asked if anyone spoke Spanish and the reaction was one of the rudest I have ever seen, he hung up on him then he just ignored me, it should be noted that I am a person who speaks Spanish, 3 people arrived after me and the person who takes the orders just decided to ignore me and didn't take the order a hundred That is a lack of rest and I do not want to say racism.
