They redesigned this dunkin, and with the redesign, you can't use the bathroom without a code from a receipt. Do you need to use the restroom right away? You plan on buying something anyway? You're out of luck, you got to get in line and get thereceipt. This Dunkin' Donuts here, in my opinion, is increasingly losing its customer service. They all are, every place is,but these folks to a greater and faster extent. I don't know who's running this Dunkin' donuts, but I do know that they are notemphasizing customer service. They'd rather have a customer accident on themselves, Policies like per bathroom use should gothe way of the dinosaur, but instead, low customer service orientated places make them standards.
Avoid dining inside this establishment. A towing company is on the lookout for cars to tow. I arrived, ordered some coffee and donuts, and just three minutes after placing my order, I noticed they were trying to tow my car. The tow truck operator lifted my vehicle, and when I approached him, he carelessly dropped it back down without checking for any potential damage. He left without saying a word or offering any explanation.
This place takes way too long. I placed my order 30 minutes before arriving, and they still had nothing ready. Customers were being ignored at the registers, and staff were wandering around looking confused. It seems like the management could use a makeover just as much as the restaurant itself.
The donuts appear to be smaller than they used to be, and the service was a bit slow, especially for those of us dining inside. I ordered two donuts and an iced tea but had to wait 15 minutes while many customers who ordered after me were served.
