Kfc - Bessemer

I would not recommend this kfc I would rather make the trip to Mittelfeld. I stopped today to get the 30 family meal, and there was a truck in front of me that they placed their order when I drove to the speaker, said the lady, our system is down! So I drove around the mind, the same truck that was paying before me and gave his food, so I drove back, then there was a car and a jeep that came to the car got their order, but the jeep was said that she could 't take his order. So I drove back to the spokesman, then she said that she system down her cant take any more ors, so I replied that you only took the other car order, why you can take mine, she said I can't run around from me and fix all these orders so I can't take you. I said the car before me had two orders, but you could fix it. And she said yes, but my staff is about to go so I can drive yours to Mittelfeld if I ever return to Kfc because the Bessemer site is rachet and they never have good fresh chicken on several occasions. When I was able to place an order, I had to take it back because it was cold or wrong.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming, my food was delicious.

5:30 p.m. on a Monday. No line. No waiting. The cashier was pleasant and patient. The food was ok. It tasted old. They did not have a lot select from.

I actually give a -0 rating for food and service. You advertise a 3pc box with 2 breast 1 wing for 9.99 I ordered it. I was given a wing and a short thigh. No breast at all. Yes, I should have checked before departing the drive thru but you will not get my service again, I should check in to suing for false advertisement. And not getting what I was charged for

The Drive-Thru wait wasn't too long, the cashier was cordial, and the food was hot.. so all in all I was pleased with this KFC. With that being said, we specifically requested original recipe chicken; however, we were given crispy chicken instead. The crispy chicken was good, but my family and I still prefer original recipe.
