Taco Bell - Bessemer

I feel like the drive-thru staff either don’t want to be there or aren’t paying attention to the orders.

Of course, the food is good, but the wait time is ridiculous. I 've only been to this location 2 maby 3 times, hoping for a change, but I was always waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes just to order and another 10 to 15 just to receive my order. I wouldn 'trecommend anyone stopping by this location for a Quick bite because it won 't be Quick lol!!

Food was horrible and the Lettuce looked disgusting. I think the photo speaks for itself. Never going there again.

This is arguably one of the worst fast food restaurants in Hueytown, AL. The dining area is often closed, and when it is open, it’s unclean. If you try to order through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait over 15 minutes just to get a response, if you get one at all. They frequently run out of popular menu items like beef, lettuce, and cheese, and they don’t offer any substitutes. I’ve even had my order for a cravings box denied simply because they ran out of the boxes. The service is severely lacking, with rude and unprofessional employees. This location should really consider closing permanently. If you can drive an extra 15 minutes to Bessemer, you’ll find a well-stocked restaurant with friendly, quick service and much better food.

We typically dine at TB once a week and always enjoy our meals. I'm really happy that the Mexican pizza is available again! The frozen Mango Whip is quite delicious too!
