Even though my soda was forgotten this time, the service and food are always outstanding! You even offered me some complimentary items, but I just wanted my drink, and I received it quickly! I appreciate that you genuinely want guests to have a pleasant experience without any issues. I always enjoy ordering from here, even when things don't go perfectly! This team is truly one of the best! Thank you once again.

Our last visit was a bit disappointing, but the manager really turned things around by offering us a complimentary meal for our entire family! When we received our free order, it was absolutely perfect! I truly appreciate how attentive and thoughtful you were in ensuring our satisfaction. "Alright, Bethalto Domino's... my order today was absolutely delicious and perfect, especially the soft, chewy pillows of goodness (aka Parm Bites)! I’m not a huge pizza fan, so I don’t order often. I’ve had some issues in the past (though not during these hectic times), but I always give it another shot. I really appreciate the perfection of this order. Even my delivery driver, who I always find to be reliable, was very attentive and friendly during the delivery. Thank you!"

I’m a huge Roma’s fan! The last few times haven’t been as good as I’m used to. Wrong pizza, had to wait for the right pizza. Tonight, ordered House salad with cheese and house dressing. Unless they changed the house dressing I didn’t get that. Ordered house dressing on the phone, when I picked it up, they asked what dressing, and guess what I said, house dressing again. Got home and got some other dressing. Ugh!

Ordered to go for a small family gathering. My order of lasagna was delicious, although the garlic bread was underwhelming just the two halves of a hoagie bun with a little melted butter and maybe some garlic. My brother and nephew both enjoyed the spaghetti with meatballs. The two pizzas shared by my parents and sister in law would have been better with a thinner and less doughy crust. We were satisfied by the meal and always enjoy our dine in visits.
