Great quality food. Good coffee. Got the new holiday Juniper latte and its delicious. The staff is awesome and asks you about your day. Exactly what you expect drombtoye friendly neighborhood Starbucks.
This is hands down the BEST Starbucks I have been to! I come here a few times a week for a few hours to do some work. The manager Josh (I think that's this name) is great, he's very friendly and knows a lot of the regular customers by name. There's always a friendly greeting every time I walk into the store.
Very off putting to have been ran into who appeared to be an employee. Out of uniform, mask under mouth and no ?excuse me? was said. She actually was about to place her hand on me, as a placement for the excuse me which i actually dislike. Especially in the times when covid is easily spread and numbers going up. Can?t help to think my treatment would of been different had it been a older, lighter toned lady. But honestly I don?t. Kalena just didn?t appear to want to be at work and when she fully was behind the counter serving the energy and half down mask was still there. Also appeared to be very much out of uniform. I was very much taken back with the interaction.
Please read thoroughly!!!!! The staff here aside from 2 associates are very nonchalant and never go the extra mile(including the manager Alesha) For her to be the manager she really is disconnected and have a lackluster personality. Nonetheless, I work in this area, so I normally go to this Starbucks. I am I writing this review about my experience with a young lady named Alejandra. note: my drink isn?t really complicated. Strawberry Açaí with light lemonade, light ice, one pump of classic. When Alejandra proceeded to make my drink, I noticed she put mint instead of lemonade, When I mentioned to her that it was wrong her she looks at the label and throws the drink in the nearby sink. At this point, Alejandra clearly isn?t having a good morning. She then remakes the drink with a cup Full of ice, I mention again that I asked for ?light ice? Alejandra is now boiling and clearly irritated as she has to remake the drink again. I began to feel very frustrated with the experience as Alejandra is the barista making the mistake but rendering poor service. I tried speaking with Alejandra directly to let her know I wasn?t pleased with the experience that I wasn?t trying to be difficult and Alejandra completely ignored me and proceeded to the next drink. I responded asking for the managers contact because it was simply too earlier for poor service. She slides the managers card on the counter and when I asked for her name she nonchalantly responds ?Alejandra? The next day I went back to get my usual drink but this time I ask for someone else to make it. (I wish I knew her name) anyway, she was great, she even topped my drink with a beautiful affirmation sticker. She had no issue making my drink and it was perfect! She Really changed my mind about leaving this review. After that, I started ordering my drink online, and now when I receive my drink it tastes like sewage water and Alejandra is working in the Cold drink bar so I?m sure she?s making it.
