The Cheesecake Factory - Bethesda

Had a great lunch at the cheesecake factory in Bethesda. Our waiter was amazing and very attentive. The atmosphere was of course nice because it was the cheesecake factory? Lol. Hadn?t was in years and grateful that not much changed. Menu was extensive and the drinks were great, even the Mock tails.

Today while at the apple store in Montogomery Mall me and my son decided to go to Cheesecake Factory? Our wait time was told 25 minutes but it was less then that which was great our waitress Tamya T was beyond great and whoever was in the back making the drinks at the time I was there was well on point I loved everything from the atmosphere the greeter the person who sat us or waitress everything I was great. Me and my son really enjoyed our afternoon here today and yes we will return.. Thanks for excellent service

Came here to celebrate with the family and it was busy as always. The nice thing is that you can put your name in and they will just text you when your table is ready so you can just go browse or whatever and come back. As you probably know the menu is huge like 21 pages huge. We ordered some cheeseburger spring rolls to start which were ok but not great. You get 3 whole ones cut in half. I got the chicken and shrimp gumbo which was really good and flavorful, it usually comes with rice but I opted to have it without. The flavors were spot on and loved the bits of sausage along with the fresh spring onion. Another person got the southern fried chicken sliders as a meal and it was huge! It came with 4 sliders, chicken was cooked perfectly and all the sides were there if you wanted to add pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Another person got the shrimp scampi with angel hair and it was ok but the shrimp was breaded which was a bit unexpected and really not needed. The overall flavor was just lacking though which was disappointing. The shrimp and tomato pasta was very good and flavorful, was a big hit at the table. Why not five stars, unfortunately the service was extremely slow, looking around it seemed everyone was pretty annoyed at the length of time things were taking. Our server rarely came back which meant lots of empty cups and waiting a long time for refills. I?ll probably pass on coming back here.

This place has fallen off. The quality of the food is terrible. Over priced small portions. So busy, the waitress never checked on us after receiving the food. Waitress also burned one of our guests with a hot plate. So unacceptable and very upsetting ?

Let it be known that I do LOVE Cheesecake Factory and I will continue to eat there. As the food here has continued to be great. However, out of the six or seven times but we have visited this location, there have only been two occasions where our waiter was actually decent. The service here is horrifically slow. Even when we have a decent waiter, the service is still horrifically slow. I just don?t understand what?s happening. Most of the time our server doesn?t pay much attention to us and even when they do come to the table, they are awkwardly quiet. Not friendly chatty servers that I am used to having at most restaurants. That being said, the food has still been consistently good!! The nachos are and fried Mac n cheese are my favorites. But I?m also crazy about the egg roll sampler. My husband fluctuates between one of their all day breakfast omelettes, or a burger or fish tacos. Our kids are crazy about the mac cheese! And if I go with my mother, we love to get the Thai chicken lettuce wraps or the bang bang chicken and shrimp, which I think it?s truly special and delicious! As for dessert, you can?t really go wrong with any of them. My personal favorites include the Godiva, the Adams peanut butter fudge ripple, the Oreo or the s?mores! Check this place out if you have some time on your hands. Or maybe just get the food to go. LOL
