Blue Grillhouse - Bethlehem

NIE HAD A BAD MEAL AT A PAXOS RESTURANT. Come on! The OYSTER were there.

Our table had NY Steak, Filet mignon, salmon sea bass. All were perfectly cooked (herb butter sauce was a hit too. Broccolini was amazing friends said asparagus w hollandaise was also great. I felt like blaming the Fukake Jasminreis, but I get that they didn't want to overdo any sensitive fish like sea bass so that I let the slide Our server, Kayleigh (sp? , was also great. A bit expensive, especially since we pay for the pages w the steaks but I didn't pay them because you get what you pay.

Had an amazing brunch with friends. Our food was delicious and our server was wonderful. Will be back soon!

I never had a bad meal. The food was cooked as we ordered it and the staff was excellent!

We had an enjoyable evening at Blue Grillhouse, the staff from check in to the waitstaff, managers are all terrific. They have a great menu to pick from so you won’t go hungry.
