South Philly Steaks Fries - Bethlehem

My wife and I visited this place in August of this year, we stopped at this point because we were shed the food was accepted to be quite good. Our counter host was cordial and healing, but made a mistake on our order after a minimal waiting our food was ready. We ordered 2 chicken cheese steak and pommes, but got cheese steak. We quickly returned the food to the counter and were filled by a young Hispanic worker with total Attuid. The host said she made a mistake and returned our order. After a 15-minute waiting period that turned into 25 minutes and when we observed that new customers got food, my wife went to the counter to ask why it took so long, she was hit by the same male Hispanic worker who was rude, martallyed and unrespectful to my wife, I watched the whole situation of my seat and quickly intervened his actions that were taking place. After waiting for 35 minutes and cold French fries, we had to discard the sandwiches because they were obviously oversalted. Never eat at this place rude staff, dirty tables waste our money.. Order a steak and fries, no mushrooms, they gave me one piece of steak, one piece of green pepper, 4 pieces of red pepper and no onions, a container full of French fries all for the price of 12.15. Two was purchased. The was not worth my money, and nobody answered the phone ? ?, the steak and fries supposed to be beef tips I got a piece of steak um. Smh. I am not able to upload my picture. Spoke to the manager J. who stated the prices are high because we are at a casino. He refused to refund our money. He also refused to give me the corporate phone number told me to find it myself.

1 star is to high. Ordered 2 whiz kids and chicken fingers. Waited over 25 while orders after mine were served. I finally receive my order and the sandwiches were nothing close to a whiz kid. Kid at the register has no regard to customers and a few other staff members were on their cell phones hiding in the kitchen. Management should be fired.

I ignored the slow service more than once. Every time I come here on a Friday/Saturday night, this ill-mannered cashier named Dominick takes my order and rudely asks if that's all I want to order. He really makes it seem as if his job is a real chore... I ordered just buffalo wings from here twice, and during both times, my wings were ready and sitting on the counter right behind him. He even saw that the wings were there and the receipt was on the tray, meaning the order is done. I wonder why he hasn't given it to me yet, because he was not taking orders and was just standing there talking nonsense with his colleague, while flinging his arms back and forth like he's got nothing to do. I stand there and wait, giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking that the order is not mine and is incomplete. When he finally takes a break from his talk, he then packs the wings and hand them to me after letting it sit there for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention, he continues to talk all over my food while packing. This has happened MORE than once already. Absolutely intolerable.

Hey, let's start with the food: Food came out for me as little as 5min. Downside is the fries came out cold while the sandwich came nice and hot but there was no taste. Even the mayo didn't help. Service: Staff is friendly and real nice; they prep the food so fast I didn't even leave the register. Overall, Excellent service but add some extra flavor to the Philly cheesesteak.
