The Wayside Inn - Bethlehem

The food we delicious. The view is great. Wish we went there sooner. Now i know where to eat in that area

We've had several dinners at The Wayside and we can't recommend it highly enough. Sara, the proprietor, keeps a close watch on the dining experience. She also mixes a mean martini. The menu is creative, healthy, and absolutely delicious. We've had amazing short ribs, a divine chicken thigh-wrapped-in-bacon dish, a delicious Bolognese and fresh and surprising salads. Wayside is a hidden gem. The chef is an artist. You will love your dining experience.

A spectacular meal! Our whole party enjoyed it, including one vegan diner and one extremely picky kid. The staff was attentive and understanding of our rambunctious children, the atmosphere was festive and fun, and the food was beyond amazing.

Beautiful historic inn atmosphere with superb service and delicious food in an area where there aren’t too many choices. My only tiny critiques were to give some small plates out with the bruschetta for sharing and that the portions overall were pretty small. I got a salad with grilled salmon. The salad was an appetizer size. Would suggest offering half and full size portions with correlating prices. The piano music was a nice touch for a weeknight. I would definitely eat here again.

All meals were excellent from the steak to the lamb shank and chiken cordon blue. The chocolate pecan pie was enjoyed by all.
