Tokyo Do - Bethlehem

This is a family-owned restaurant that maintains a very clean environment. I can only say great things about the food! For appetizers, I recommend trying the scallions and Tokyo do salad. As for entrees, the rolls are incredible—definitely don’t miss the kiwi roll, mango roll, spicy salmon, jalapeño roll, and volcano roll. All of them are fantastic! When ordering takeout, you can expect a wait time of about 15-20 minutes. If you haven’t dined here yet, you absolutely should—it’s far superior to some of the smaller Japanese sushi spots in the area.

An amazing meal, i got a couple orders of nigiri sushi, while the others got hibachi steak. My first thought when recieved my sushi was 'wow, those are large peices of sushi! ' they turned out to be filling, and a sufficient dinner for about $12. It was also amazing, my company who bolth dislike sushi) bolth said it looked tasty. Another great plus was the byob feature, all in all, it was a great dinner! Highly recomended!!!
