Great service easy to get to location! Hot beverages, nice seating inside and outside.

There was a lady being extremely rude just a moment ago, at about 9:30am, and the one employee who was talking with her was extremely kind and apologetic. The employee offered her a gift card and everything The lady seemed like she may have been having a bad day, so it was a long conversation. Still, extremely impressed with the professionalism of someone just out of high school. Way to go.

If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely not kid friendly. And I saw rats in the bathroom

They are always quick with service, especially mobile orders. However, they never seem to make the cold foam correctly. It has too many bubbles and melts too quickly into the rest of the drink. I havent had that issue with the same order i always get at other starbucks locations. Also, their ice is a smaller and different shape than any other location.
