Domino's Pizza Civil Lines, Chandrapur

Today on 12/2/2024 visited to Domino's Pizza Civil Lines, Chandrapur. I asked service person to take order of combo pizza including green veg, cheese corn, garlic bread and Pepsi. Asked if he can change combo pizza of green veg to maxican pizza he said yes then he added himself thin crust pizza of maxican inplace both green veg and cheeze corn with garlic bread and tried to convice me it is amazing in taste. So after order ready they gave me thin crust cheeze corn and maxican pizza, garlic bread but no Pepsi included. When I asked them they said it is not included. Also when taste both pizzas those are very bad in taste. I gave feedback of this to same service person about his claim he was asking me weather I am eating it first time? when I said no he asked me my mobile no. where I ate Dominoz pizzas before(To find order history). When I try to submit my feedback on Dominozz Pizza website I am not able to see my order details against my mob no. Also they did not give order receipt to me. I have only payment receipt of my order.

Scam!! In system staff updates that order delivered but at counter says you have to wait for 15 minutes more. No sausage n flakes provided, all things you have to ask for yourself. Literally self service. Food: garlic bread free is biggest scam to increase order amount, however they even don't cook it completely. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I recently tried pizza from Dominos pizza from this outlet, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy, toppings were fresh, and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. The delivery was prompt, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
