Over the last 25 years Ken Angela Cornell have been our realtors whenever we were wanting to buy or sell our house (and they did both this year)! They are very knowledgeable with all the ins and outs of the real estate market in the Gainesville area. While always offering great advise, they also listen to what our needs are and have made great decisions for us. We are very grateful for their help! They were able to quickly help us buy the house we found and then listed our current house and got it sold before our closing. If you are looking for an experienced/knowledgeable/highly motivated realtor team, I would highly recommend the Cornell's!

I’ve rented from this company on 3 separate occasions and every experience i’ve had has been horrible.They give very little attention and care to their residents (and that’s on the rare occasion they actually answer their phone), they have been incredibly rude to me on numerous occasions, and they’re incredibly unorganized when it comes to their work. they didn’t give me my lease until a day AFTER my move in date, and I tried to get my security deposit from an old apartment for 7 months of unanswered emails until I gave up. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
