Le Bouchon Biarrot - Biarritz

Horrible service, staff was moody and rude. We waited 55 minutes for the starter (cheese and charcuterie board) and the wine just came after 1h waiting. They gave us the wrong wine and we ended up finishing dinner before we planned and not drinking the wine. I DONT RECOMMEND IT!

We had visited a few times over the years,and found it quite good but on a recent Sunday lunch,we had a very disappointing experience.Portions were small and my beef was gristly and virtually inedible.I left almost all clearly rejected as impossible to eat but. this did not prompt any query from the waitress.Not recommended.

Food was in no less terms than stunning.. the starter was beautiful, so fresh and a very different combination of flavours.. obviously the Basque Country touch as it was fabulous I loved how the only item of the starter that was cooked was the delicate Parma ham the main of river trout was stunningly cooked, the skin crisp and the fillet perfectly cooked. The barely base with red pepper was a perfect combination there was a lovely earthy taste to the dish. This place is a MUST for your trip to Biarritz! You will not be disappointed. Great portion and as the subject says great value for money. The lady serving us couldn’t have been any warmer and welcoming and wore a beautiful smile. Well done Le Bouchon Biarrot

Very nice place and very friendly staff. good and hearty meals

We come every year (except last year because of the covid) and every time the quality of the food is at the rendezvous. to not spoil anything, the reception is at the top. tonight we took the risotto which is particularly tasty. A marvel. Last night tartare de Saint-Jacques followed by an Iberian pig press (for gentleman) and nut of holy jacques snackees for me. delicious. I recommend this address.
