Today 6pm... Greeted by a lady and ask to wait for table. 5mins later a gentleman came and said sorry we are fully booked. 2persons come in after us hoy table and they also didn't make reservations! There are 2 level. Top level all are empty table and there are one more table ot the ground! Either they are short of staffs or many they are begin racist!

Awful. Just terrible. Highly rude waiter who berated us for sitting at a dirty table that his colleague told us to sit at. He then rambled on about his useless colleague. No attention during diner. Tasteless cardboard food and acid wine. Had it not been a freebie we would have walked out.

Unpleasant place, too noisy, too basic. Expensive and mediocre food. Very poor service. Definitely not going back.

Ordered gluten free pasta and when arrived it was clumped together and not cooked. When I complained I was told it was pre packed and microwaved and they cant cook it in a saucepan in water as all other pasta is cooked in it. Sent back refused to eat anything. Absolutely disgusting.

Booked for 8pm on a Saturday, arrived 7:55pm and told there would be a wait, no problem as they were busy. Eventually got a table and drinks were served quickly enough and order taken. After 40 minutes and watching other come in and get their starters I asked the server where our starters were. We had only ordered a flatbread sharing platter. We could see one of the cooks, just stood around chatting so asked again and said they had 5 minutes or we were leaving. The server offered us another drink on the house, which was appreciated but didn't really make up for the wait. Eventually, the starter turned up, total time waiting 1:05, this was quickly followed by the mains which were slightly undercooked but at this point I had lost the will to argue. We ate, paid and left. I did give the server a tip as it clearly wasn't their fault. We won't be going again any time soon.
