I had high hopes for this restaurant since I am a big fan of Indian cuisine, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The dishes lacked freshness and the Tikka masala was unusual and not up to par.

The food was average. Some dishes were quite bland. I have never had such bland Indian food before, except for the items on the Whole Foods buffet. The samosas were excellent.

Decent Indian food. Family owned and the owner came to specifically ask how to customize the food. Malai kofta was decent but I have definitely had better. Rotis could be roasted a bit more. I haven't been here to jewel of india for at least a decade and the food still taste the same from then and it hasn't changed at all....it is a classic case of if it ain't broke don't fix it...nothing hasn't changed and that is for the good.......please jewel of india don't change what you are doing what your doing is perfect stay true to yourself much appreciated sincerely Patrick Rivera Meal type: Dinner
