I approached the courtesy counter and requested assistance in retrieving a glass from an upper shelf that I couldn't reach. The woman at the counter responded with a firm "no" and then turned her back on me.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. The cashier, Gwen, was incredibly rude to each of my family members for various reasons. For instance, when we were trying to navigate the area, we had not bought anything yet, but Gwen insisted we move out of the way of paying customers, while those who actually made purchases were standing too close to each other. There was so much sass and absolutely no sense of customer service. I understand that frustrations can arise on the job, but that doesn’t excuse her behavior towards customers. We will not be returning, and I will be warning others about this terrible experience. On a brighter note, we had a much better experience at Winn-Dixie, where we received a warm welcome.

I had the worst experience at Winn-Dixie. I was overcharged for several items, even after I scanned my Winn-Dixie card. I spoke with the manager, Brian, who just gave me excuses about unloading trucks and employee issues. The store itself was dirty and disorganized, and the prices were high, with exceptionally long checkout lines. I would recommend driving the extra distance to Publix in Marathon or Key West instead.

Great special on scallops and steak. If you aren't near a win-Dixie at home you can download their app that will discount your purchase. How about Ribeye for $5.99 a pound and Scallops for 19.00 for a pound and a half!

Ever since the new manager took over (Jay) and produce guy (Scott) the store has went way down hill. Shelves are frequently empty. The produce is rotten and empty. Last week I was there and they were stocking full plastic bags of tomatoes which were loaded in mold and fuzz. Yesterday there were 2 registers open and lines were back down toward the wine section. I have no clue how corporate has not shut the place down because it's just embarrassing anymore. Today, I opened 4 boxes of noodles and 3 contained bugs. That was it for me. I am done shopping there and plan to make a call to corporate. This is just sad.
