Írjon visszajelzéstThis is definitely the best Mediterranean place around. I am originally from Canada, so I know a bit about Mediterranean food (big quantity of Lebanese immigrants there), but Nawal's food is amazing. She is scary and entertaining while cooking my Shawarma plate. The food is made from fresh ingredients and its cooking style is authentic Egyptian. A note on the decor, it is very beautiful and you can say that it is obviously proud to be from Egypt. I would recommend it 100% to anyone who thinks to check it.
Fast and great service! their food was really tasty and their place is good to chill!
I popped by on a trip. Everyone was really friendly. It felt homely. The food was beyond tasty and the portions are generous. Lots of bright, lemon notes in the falafel wrap. Phenomenal spices in the lentil soup. Quick service. I left feeling FULL and content with leftovers for tomorrow. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to try something new or to have something different in their cuisine life. P. S. Vegan/vegetarian friendly too!
On a long journey drive today. I was starving and needed to find a place to eat. I no longer eat fastfood so I was searching for something delicious, full of flavor and healthy the Google Maps lead me here. Such a blessing! I was greeted as family, not like a paying customer, as soon as I walked in. The owner came over, introduced herself and shook my hand. She made me laugh a lot while there. My food was delicious, healthy and full of flavor! And that TEA!! WOW! She even gave me some to go!
The spinach cake was warm and flaky, boasting an excellent texture and flavor. The spicy lentil soup of the day was incredibly comforting, and the blend of spices made my taste buds sing with delight. The Egyptian tea was kept warm throughout our meal, which was perfect for warding off the chill and aiding our digestion as we enjoyed more food. The falafel, with its bits of garlic, was a delightful surprise, and trying koshary for the first time was a real treat—it certainly did not disappoint! I also grabbed a lamb gyro to go for my husband, and he loved it; the sandwich was absolutely delicious! This place is definitely a hidden gem, and it’s well worth visiting over other restaurants in Big Rapids. I highly recommend it!
