Cortina - Big Sky

The server was fantastic, and the steak was delicious. The compliments about the food were that it was fresh and flavorful. I will definitely return for any event!

We had a fantastic and unforgettable meal at Cortina on Sunday. The food was outstanding—truly exceptional! As guests at the hotel, we were thrilled to include Cortina in our dinner plans. Our server, M.C., was amazing! So friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable. It truly was an unforgettable dining experience. The chef even came over to our table after I mentioned how much I enjoyed one of his dishes. He was so happy to share the ingredients with us! I can't wait to return. Fingers crossed M.C. is still there!

We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The level of service did not meet our expectations. We made a reservation at Cortina, only to learn upon arrival that they were only offering the bar menu. If that's the case, Cortina should not be promoted on OpenTable for lunch. This significantly affected our experience. While our server had a great attitude, it would have been appreciated if he had expressed more apologies for the delays and the lack of attention from the staff. This impacted our ability to enjoy our ski day, as our lunch ended up being a rushed 1.5 hours. The food quality was decent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by these issues.
